Be honest with you or Lie to you
Be Accessible or Put you on hold
Answer questions before even asked or Conveniently TOO busy to help
Exceed your expectations or Just give you your money’s worth
Offer a fair price or Offer cheapest deal then cancel
Arrive early to event or Just Be On Time
Dress appropriately or Wear a T-shirt and wrinkled jeans
Play requests as discussed or Play the wrong songs with no timing
Do everything within my ability to ensure a stress free day or Ignore you and your guests and tell you its not my problem
You are the main focus for the day or Chase away guests to Finish Early

Do these Values seem mandatory to you? That’s great because I feel the same way. It’s painful to admit that although all DJ’s can perform to the best of their abilities, Not all DJ’s choose to live by these values in order to maintain a standard of excellence beyond expectation.
